EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The Consumer Protection Code tells that the consumer can withdraw from the purchase, within a period of up to 7 days, when made online. Blaze Supply has a period of up to 5 working days to refund the customer after receiving the goods at our center. The merchandise cannot show signs of use and must be returned with the original label and packaging.

In cases of merchandise exchange by size, color or model, the customer has up to 15 days to inform us about the exchange. It will only be carried out after evaluating the piece, which cannot show traces of use. If the use of the part is found, we will not carry out the exchange and the return of the part will have freight to be charged to the customer.

In cases of defective merchandise exchanges, the customer has up to 30 days to file a claim. After notification, we will contact the customer within 5 business days to exchange or refund the money.
